I am in europe and was looking for a laptop, and this online stores claims I can get laptops for the same lower price as in the states, and free shipping, but not paypal or credit card, only western union payments. Is this a fraud store or is it for real? Has anyone tried it?

In general, you really need a site seal of approval from a larger verification process to make a purchase from a company on-line. With the exception of large well-known brand store that also have a brink and mortar business.
This site lacks all this information. I would not purchase there. Either they are not legitimate, or they are legitimate and they lack the resources or knowledge to make it well-known they are a legitimate business.
Either way, I would avoid them.
