Is it logical for a lending company to ask you to western union them a deposit of your last three pa

First Choice Lending out of Ontario Canada has said I have been approved but because of my low credit score I have to send a deposit. Could not find a web site for this company in Canada only in Georgia.

DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!! My husband and I just sent the same company a Deposit and they told us they needed more. After sending the second amount they said they screwed up again and still needed more money. They are a SCAM!! We have contacted the authorities, but please contact your local authorities and give them the information because they now have all your information and could use it. Also contact your bank and let them know to watch for any odd activity on your account. Also you may want to contact the FTC about identity theft. I wish you good luck and again DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE!!

Nope, this doesn%26#039;t make sense at all. If you%26#039;re prepaying your last 3 payments then why borrow the amount you want to borrow? Illogical. I%26#039;d look for another lender. You may also want to contact the Ontario Ministry of Government Services, Consumer Protection Branch.

I%26#039;d be suspicious of any lending company that doesn%26#039;t have a web site. i%26#039;d contact the Better Business Bureau and get more info on the company before signing any papers

No! This sounds like a scam. If you need to deposit money, it is in a special escrow account. Western Union is the preferred transfer method of con men because it is easily convertible to cash.

I just went through this. Don%26#039;t send payments by western union. Then you have no proof of the transaction. You should only send payments through your bank because they have a tracer number and record of the transaction.
