Probably Cheyney he seems like a self preservation guy, next might be Condi. I really do not know, kind of an interesting question.

That is correct; there is always a cabinet member who does not attend. However, they don%26#039;t generally say WHO that is, also for security reasons. It might be easiest to watch tonight, figure out who IS there, and draw the obvious conclusion. After all, extra credit IS about a little extra work, if I recall correctly :-)

It will always be one member of the cabinet who would be able to succeed Bush if something catastrophic were to happen to Bush. Therefore, it would be either Vice President Cheney or the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, as they are next in line for the Presidency in cases of this nature. Unfortunately, the government won%26#039;t publish the name of the person not attending due to security reasons.
