Are there any banks or credit unions in Washington State and in particular ones in eastern Washington that are non-Chexsystems? I%26#039;ve tried really hard to find them but have no luck. If they are in western Washington, that%26#039;s fine too but if there%26#039;s one in the eastern part, it would be very awesome to know.

If you have bad luck with banks, you can try a few different things. First, try Bank of America. They actually don%26#039;t care as long as you don%26#039;t owe them money. Try signing up online at their website.
If you are a little afraid of banks, try a local check cashing place. A lot of times they have those prepaid cards there and it%26#039;s free to actually get your direct deposit from work on it.
